BOOKINGS
  • What is the process for booking the CEC?
After submitting a request for a session, the CEC team will be in touch to begin planning an agenda for the day. We will build the topics for the session together and make sure to cover everything that you need. We'll then put together a final agenda and send out the invite.
VISITS
  • How many attendees should I invite?
The ideal group size is between 6 to 8 people, but the CEC can host an audience of up to 12 attendees. The number of Vodafone attendees will depend on your own audience, since we aim to keep the groups roughly equal in size.
  • Who will attend the session from Vodafone?
The CEC host and your account manager will lead the session from beginning to end. During the session we will invite subject matter experts to speak about your areas of interest. For specific agenda items, the CEC team will invite the relevant people from Vodafone to cover each topic and answer any questions. All Vodafone attendees will be active participants to enrich the conversations and capture actions to follow-up.
POST VISIT
  • What is the follow-up after the session?
The CEC host will compile an output document which contains the attendees, agenda, notes from the discussions, and the action plan. This will be shared with all attendees so that actions can be completed with reference to the topics covered in the session.
